Well educated

All our employees are graduated at the university. They are very motivated to realize their own future by working for ExtendedBITS. It is their unique chance to make use of their competences and qualities in their own country. Otherwise they have to move to northern countries, especially Europe. This journey is very dangerous and not always successfull. As a result of this situation the quality of our products is very high. Thereby they work minimal 50 hour per week. 

Eelo American University at Borama

ExtendedBITS has very well contacts with the Eelo American University at Borama, Somaliland. Our first employees are selected from the best students by professor Abdillahi, dean of the IT-engineering course. In 2011 about 40 young people are graduated. Most of them will not find appropiate jobs.

The rector of the university, professor Mohamud Egeh, became very enthusiastic of the ideas of ExtendedBITS. It provides in an unique chance for 'his' students. Therefore the contacts will be carefully maintained from both sides.

Developing the future

Somaliland offers high potentials no future in IT. The mission of ExtendedBITS is to provide in a platform to develope future in their own country: Somaliland.
